Texas, Wisconsin, and Louisiana webinars–seeking your input on government transparency tools

August 21, 2009

August 21, 2009 - MAPLight.org, a nonprofit, nonpartisan research organization, is considering the development of new transparency websites for Wisconsin, Louisiana, and Texas to shine a light on campaign money given to state politicians and how those politicians vote. If you are a resident of one of these states, or a nonprofit group, foundation, journalist, or blogger with operations there, we want your input.

These free webinars will demonstrate MAPLight.org’s existing websites for U.S. Congress and California, seek feedback on how similar projects in Wisconsin, Louisiana, and Texas might be useful, and answer questions.
