Villines Promoted by CalChamber

According to the Sacramento Bee, "the California Chamber of Commerce is running a new 'issue-advocacy' ad touting Mike Villines, the Republican nominee for insurance commissioner, front and center." The article explains that the chamber is not required to disclose donor funding because the ad hailing Villines doesn't mention his run for insurance chief.
