House Science and Technology Committee to be Chaired by Ralph Hall of Texas

Dec. 17, 2010 -- Rep. Ralph Hall will be the chairman of the House Science and Technology Committee for the 112th Congress, according to the New York Times. Hall, who represents Texas's 4th Congressional district, is currently serving as the ranking minority member on the committee.
