Oct. 18, 2010 - The latest campaign finance filings from the California Secretary of State website shows an additional $1.9 million raised by supporters of Prop. 26, including $1.2 million from the American Beverage Association (bringing the total contributions from that organization to $1.95 million). The American Beverage Association is the trade association representing companies that manufacture and distribute non-alcoholic beverages in the United States. Contributions from groups opposing Prop. 26 have reached almost $2.8 million, while total contributions from Prop. 26 supporters are over $13.6 million.
