Kathryn Taylor of the TomKat Foundation, which she co-founded with husband Thomas Steyer, gave $50,000 on Friday to oppose Prop. 23. Total contributions in opposition to Prop. 23 have exceeded $31.2 million, while total contributions in support of Prop. 23 remain at $10.7 million.
