Prop. 23 Fails

Nov. 3, 2010 - Prop. 23 failed to get the votes necessary for passage with supporters getting 38.9% of the vote (2,806,234) and opponents receiving 61.1% of the vote (4,404,634). More individuals voted against Prop. 23 than another position amongst the nine ballot measures.
