Dec. 6, 2010 -- State Sen. Mark Leno has been selected to chair the California Senate Budget and Fiscal Review Committee, according to the Sacramento Bee. Leno isn't new to budgetary issues, having served as a member of the Budget Committee and the chair of the Budget and Fiscal Review Sub-Committee on Health and Human Services in the 2009-2010 session. Leno represents the 3rd district, covering San Francisco, Marin, and Sonoma.
