Jan. 19, 2011 -- The House of Representatives passed H.R. 2, known as the Repealing the Job-Killing Health Care Act, on Wednesday. The bill would repeal the health care overhaul (H.R. 3590) from the 111th Congress.
The bill passed on a party line vote, with all Republicans voting in favor of passage. House republicans were joined by just three Democrats, each of whom voted in favor of the money.
