Nov. 3, 2010 - Prop. 26 passed on Tuesday with supporters getting 52.9% of the vote (3,692,156) and opponents receiving 47.1% of the vote (3,298,677).

Nov. 3, 2010 - Prop. 25 passed on Tuesday with supporters getting 54.9% of the vote (3,827,655) and opponents receiving 45.1% of the vote (3,150,278).
Prop. 23 Fails

Nov. 3, 2010 - Prop. 23 failed to get the votes necessary for passage with supporters getting 38.7% of the vote (2,749,066) and opponents receiving 61.3% of the vote (4,341,365). More individuals voted against Prop. 23 than another position amongst the nine ballot measures.
General Electric, California Teachers Association Made Big Contributions to Prop. 24 in Run Up to Tuesday’s Election

The California Teachers Association, the main supporter of Prop. 24, gave an additional $400,000 on Monday, for a total contributed of almost $8.9 million. General Electric gave $300,000 to oppose Prop. 24 on Tuesday, bringing their total contributions to $1.5 million.

The California Teachers Association, the main supporter of Prop. 24, gave an additional $2,500 on Monday, bringing their total contributions to $8,486,742. Supporters of Prop. 24 have raised $14.7 million in total, while opponents have raised $15.2 million.
The Association for Convenience and Petroleum Retailing Contributes $5,000 in Support of Prop. 23

The Association for Convenience and Petroleum Retailing (NACS) contributed $5,000 to support Prop. 23 on Monday. The opposition to Prop. 23 received a handful of small contributions on Monday, bringing their total raised to almost $31.3 million. Supporters have raised a total of $10.7 million.
