Farhad Ebrahimi, founder of the Chorus Foundation and son of a successful high-tech entrepreneur, gave $100,000 in opposition to Prop. 23 on Friday. Kathryn Taylor of the TomKat Foundation, which she co-founded with husband Thomas Steyer, gave $50,000 on Friday to oppose Prop. 23. Total contributions in opposition to Prop. 23 have exceeded $31.2 million, while total contributions in support of Prop. 23 remain at $10.7 million.

Nov. 1, 2010 - Contributions from supporters of Prop. 26 have reached $18.3 million, boosted by a $500,000 contribution from Philip Morris USA late last week, which has given a total of $2.25 million in support. The California Chamber of Commerce gave $350,000 to oppose Prop. 25 yesterday, bringing their total contributions to over $3.4 million. The California Association of Realtors also contributed $200,000 to oppose Prop. 25 yesterday. In total, the opposition to Prop. 25 has brought in $17.2 million. Supporters of Prop. 25 have raised just over $11.5 million.

Oct. 29, 2010 - John Doerr, a venture capitalist who is one of the main contributors opposing Prop. 23 (he and his wife have given $2.1 million), contributed $400,000 on Wednesday to oppose Prop. 26. The Prop. 26 opposition has raised a total of over $6.5 million. Contributions to support Prop. 26, aided by another $350,000 from the California Chamber of Commerce, have now exceeded $17.7 million.
